Post Need Help Identifying If I have Gas Flow In the Exterior Gas Outlet

Hi there ,
I purchased a Brinkman Grill which has a Natural Gas option and using a conversion kit hooked up the Grill to the gas wall outlet in my Backyard . When I fire up the grill I do not get any flame ..
If I blow through the plumbing from the wall outlet to the grill , I can hear the sound of air ( from my blowing) .
I have a feeling that there might be something else going on with my Gas outlet .
Any pointers on how I could go about figuring out what the problem is ?
I have a gas water heater in my house and a gas furnace. Both work without issues , so I am assuming that the problem is with most probably a shut off to the outside gas connector ..
Any ideas where I should start looking first will be awesome ..
