Unhappy Bathroom Sink Faucet ???

Need help please: A week or so ago we turned our city water supply off at the street to repair a damaged faucet in our back yard; the repair went well and we turned the water back on... we went to each faucet in the house (sinks, tubs, etc,) and turned the faucets on to make sure they worked... everything was fine except one bathroom sink... Neither the cold nor hot will turn on now (we tried turning water off at street, opening the faucets, then turning back on at street again). What can the problem be? How do we troubleshoot?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Take the aerator off the spout then try it.

If that doesn't work take the supply lines off at the faucet after turning off the valves underneath, try each one pointed into a bucket.
