Basement Floor drain is backing up/overflowing

My basement floor drain is next to my water heater and furnace. Our washer and dryer are adjacent to that. Everytime we run the washer, the basement drain overflows. Just recently we ran the garbage disposal from the kitchen right above and the basement floor drain overflowed again. I've tried Drano and even hired a plumber to "snake" it out but nothing has changed. What am I missing?

Question

I must be getting confuses in my old age but, why would you hire a plumber and have him do nothing?, there's no doubt that you have a stoppage in the line, you need someone to clean it out.

Be careful with the chemicals, mix two of the wrong kind and you can cause problems with you system.
