Who manufactures this type of sewer check valve?

My next project I've been thinking of is to install a check valve on my sewer line to prevent backups. In thinking about it at first I do know that over time even check valves can fail so it seemed to make sense to me to also try and install some kind of manual valve (like a ball valve) that I could also install on the line in the event the check valve fails.

That's when I came across this website from Kansas City:
Install A Backwater Valve

Scroll down to the "Dual Valve" they talk about. This seems to be exactly what I need but I've never heard of such a thing. Who manufactures something like this? Any web links?

Scroll down to the bottom of the Kansas City website you linked to, and there is a link there for more information. I'm sure they would know where to buy the types of devices they are recommending be installed.

Backwater valves in a building drain can be troublesome. They'll catch toilet paper & other sundry items, and you'll find yourself in the unenviable position of having to clean it.

It would be better to address the cause of the backups.
