Anyone know what this big white cap might be? It is in my front yard. The water meter is in the back yard.
Thanks

If an older neighborhood, there may have been a conversion from septic to sewer some years ago. They may not have removed the old tank, and simply capped it. As tow_guy earlier suggested, it may be an abandoned clean-out once serving the septic tank. If correct that nearby long pipe is to sewer, then that is a logical place for where an old septic tank resided. The long pipe doesn’t look to be old whereas the big white cap looks weathered.
Just scraping back the gravel might also yield clues.
