Kinetico Water Softener Questions
We recently purchased a 14 year old house that has a Kinetico Model QUAD 51 water softener which has not been used at least a year. There is no owner’s manual available, although I did find excerpts of the manual online. After cleaning out the holding tank, I pushed the bypass shuttle valve so water would not go through the softener. I have never used a water softener before, so I have several questions.
Where can I find a complete manual?
What should I do to restore operation of the system?
