this pipe is right next to the drain on the floor for my toilet would this be the vent for that drain please help

Because of the size it's either a drain for the upper floor, or the main vent for the house. A toilet or single bathroom usually will use only a 2" vent.
Where does it go when it goes into that wall? Is that an exterior wall? Is it heading towards another bathroom/kitchen/whatever?
More to the point, what's the issue/question?
