Advice needed for bathroom remodel
Hello all.. I am in process of demo and trying to figure out plumbing. This house and all the plumbing was built in 1967. I am including a pic and looking for advice on what to do and why there are so many copper tubes coming from slab for one shower.
I am going from what was a shower to a tub.
Some of the pipes coming off the slab are 1/2" and some are 3/8".

I assume that is some sort of distribution manifold. One of the four pipes is probably the supply coming in and the other three are heading somewhere else like the bathroom sink, toilet and maybe another bath in the house???

Ahh,
That explains why I have weak water pressure when both showers are running. These are probably the lines going to the shower right on the other side of the wall. I assume this is not the way it's done these days. Any suggestions for what to do while I have everything exposed or should I just leave it alone.
I am going to have to route the plumbing on the other side of the wall if that matters.
Thanks
