Outside faucet - low water pressure

We have an outside faucet on the back of our house that has very low water pressure. I'm assuming that it's local pipe clogging considering we don't have pressure problems throughout the house. How do I go about un-clogging the line for that particular faucet?

Not knowing what type of faucet you have it becomes hard.

The quick answer is that you have a defective washer in the faucet that needs replacing.
