toiletpaper holder flushed down the toilet

My three year old flushed the plastic tube portion of our toiletpaper holder down the toilet. We since had to use the plunger several times to keep the toilet flushing, it is flushing much slower. I suppose it is wedged in there somehow. What would be the easiest or cheapest way to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

You can try to fish it back out, or push it through. A toilet auger is probably your best chance. If this fails, buy a new wax ring and new toilet bolts. Pull up the toilet and you will probably be able to get it out. Good luck and let us know how it comes out.
