hard turning faucet & stuborn flush toilet
I have Moen fixtures in my house. One of the bath room faucets turns hard and pulls and pushes even harder. I removed it once and cleaned it up and lubed it with vasoline, it worked like a charm for about a week. Is there a lubricant you can buy to cure this problem?
I have a toilet that does not flush very good, as a matter of fact you have to plunger the yellow water to make it take a lighter shade. I have the idea to take a clowns balloon and blow it up to plug the drain leaving the toilet. Then pour vinegar into the bowl until it is about to overflow, let it sit for 24 hours and the mineral deposits that are blocking the holes around the rim should be disolved. Is there a better way? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

The faucets -- replace the cartidges. Call moen -- they'll give you new ones as long as you can tell them the model(s) you're dealing with.
The toilet -- snake the waste line.
