Toilet Flushes Other Toilet
This is probably a loaded question.... if i flush my basement toilet, it will back up everytime. To clear this, i go flush the upstairs toilet, that will cause the basement toilet to flush away. I can do this all day long without fail. I'm just looking to be pointed in a direction to start looking, my first instinct is its a venting problem and i've got a vacuum in my system. Any other thoughts?

I would say its not a venting issue. Vents are so the water does not siphon out.
I would say the line is clogging somewhere and the force of the upstairs toilet is clearing the blockage. Then because there is a high water level in the downstairs toilet it will flush once the blockage is cleared.
Now it all depends on how the plumbing is laid out.
Some good advice would be to pull the toilet downstairs and run a camera down the line. Most plumbers offer this with drain cleaning. There are some deals out there where they will snake and camera the line for $99. You will need to pull the toilet though. They will try to sell you something so beware.
Could be roots, colapsed pipe, etc.....
Let us know.
