Help identification shower valve 30-40 yrs old

Hi, do not see any names or numbers on this shower valve. Can someone help me ID this valve so we can find some parts. The valve does not have original sealing washer in it to help ID the correct part. It was repaired by a handyman and none of our showers work well now. We have three of these type valves. Thinking maybe Kholer but not sure.

Your so welcome. I have not seen one of those in along time. Sometimes its better to replace because the body itself gets worn from sand and stuff.
