When using the washing machine and it goes thru the draining cycle to get rid of the water in the tub it some how sucks the water out of my master bathroom toilet. This bathroom is the farthest away from the washing machine. What's the problem?

Cool

Sounds like the washing machine drain is siphoning the water out of the toilet due to a partially clogged vent stack over that bathroom. (A toilet acts as its own trap.)

Go up on the roof (CAREFULLY), find the vent pipe over the bath, and clean out the debris, leaves, etc. You can also take a water hose up to flush it out after removing everything that you can reach.

Should do the trick.

Good Luck!
