toilet water level

The water level in my toilet is to low. I would like to know how to raise this.

You need to raise the float level in the tank, above the bowl.

Cool

There should be an indented line inside your tank to indicate the proper water for your toilet.
If you have a float ball, bend the brass arm up slightly until it cuts off at that line.
If you have a Fluid Master float-cup type fill assembly, pinch the little clip on the slide rod next to the cup and slide it up slightly to do the same thing.
Just adjust the cutoff, until it stops on that line.
If the cutoff is already stopping on that line, check to make sure that the flapper in the bottom of the tank isn't closing too soon.
