Hooking up new refigerator

I need to run plumbing for a new refigerator and need to know what size piping and connectors are needed. I have an old shutoff with 1/4 inch copper available but don't know if it's big enough.

1/4" is fine. Just hook up the old line.

Bad Shower Diverter

the diverter is on the wall, between the hot and cold handles and lets water come out of tub spout while taking a shower. ? is can it be replaced or do I need to have the all the shower fixtures updated. It's about 15 years old. There is no way to get behind it and the front is all tiled. Thanx

How do we know if our sump pump isn't working, other than a flood in the basement? Are they difficult to replace or fix? What is the average cost?
