No idea what I'm. doing.

I want to put in a wider vanity. Pipes wont line up. Cut out drywall and moved supply lines with no problem. How do i go about changing the direction of the drain lines? Simply cut out the current T and glue another one in facing the proper direction? Whats the rule about running a drain pipe through a wall stud to get it in the proper location?ThanksJames

Is the waste line still in the vanity? Just pipe closer to the drain inside the vanity. Why cut the tee? Thats a lot more work.

But if you need to you are correct. Cut tee and aim in direction you need. Drill through what studs yo need to.

The new vanity has drawers in the area of the drain. I suppose I may have room to put a 90 degree bend on it as it comes out and bring it over but was concerned that it may be too much piping. First time plumbing so I have some uncertainty.

Yes the drawers usually have enough room to put an elbow on to bring you to where you want to be.

You should be fine doing that.
