On a "home improvement show" recently, they demonstrated a power tool that joins copper pipe, thus eliminating the use of solder. I did not hear the name of the tool, nor the manufacturer. I am looking for any info... We are in the process of a bathroom remodel and will be moving some copper pipes and we thought that this might be an alternative to soldering. thanks

This is a followup to a previous question. I had asked about banging pipes after flushing a toilet. The recommendation was to replace the flush valve assembly. I have done this, but the problem still exists. I have some additional information. The cold water supply to the toilet seems loose in the wall. I can shake the pipe and duplicate the banging. My house also seems to have higher than normal water pressure. I can get the banging to go away by barely opening the valve on the water supply, but it takes 2 1/2 minutes to fill the toilet tank. Any additional recommendations?
