hot water heater pop off valve leaking

i have a leaking gas hot water heater pop off valve i had a plumber install a new pressure value but it is leaking again. what is causing the problem? also my home is heated with this hot water heater.

Sounds like thermo-expansion is taking place, installing a thermo-expansion tank should solve this problem

toilet flush

The water in our toilet would run for a few seconds every once in a while, so I purchased a fluidmaster Adjust-A-Flush and installed it, rotated the flapper accordingly. I also kept a little slack in the chain. However, the flush now does not seem to be as strong as it was, and sometimes I have to flush twice to get a full flush. The flapper is adjusted to the maximum number, and If I adjust it the other way, it's worse..Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Curt

water overflow when washing machine drains

Help!! Every time my washing machine drains its water it seems to back up and overflow out of the stand pipe. there does not seem to be a clog in the pipes and i have already tried a "hose grip". Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
