what size meter coupling

i got a sensus srii 5/8 meter i need to install a new water line form the house to meter but i want to get all the right parts before i go digging. ive searched everywhere but cant seem to find the right answer short of taking tha piece off and going down to the plumbing parts house to match it. so i was wondering if anyone can just tell by look of it. the pipe connected to the coupling is a 3/4 galvanized line

i got a feeling the 60 year old galvanied line isnt going to let go without a fight when i try to take it off the tailpiece. so i figured i would go ahead and get a new coupling to save me alot of cussing and time
