Help double check my plumbing

I'll replacing a portion of my cast iron sewer pipe with abs, here are the rough plumbing, let me know if I need to make any changes.

1st picture is my rough plumbing and second is the original pipe.

I am adding a 2 way clean out first, then a tee for a second toilet, then a 4 x 2 tee to split for the sink drain as well as the vent to the roof, and lastly an elbow to go up to the toilet.

I have a question regarding the 4 x 2 tee, is it okay to face it that way or should I turn it 180 degree or it doesn't matter at all. Thanks

The 4x4x2 needs to be a Wye, not a Tee (I'm pretty sure since it's on its back).

Your toilet may need it's own vent. I think there may be an exception though for wet-venting in the same fixture group. I'll have to defer to the experts
