I'd imagine at least 2 of them are for the primary and secondary pan for condensate from your A/C. One should drip pretty constantly during A/C running months....if the other one starts...you have a clog in the primary..

The other may be for a water heater relief valve? Though I think that is supposed to be copper...

Actualy my A/C is a couples of feets beside those 3. Right beside my A/C I have a pipe that pour out water from the A/C. So those might be something else.

I addition to what mike suggested.....is your clothes washer on the second floor or in line with the pipes?

High Efficiency furnace condensate drain? I think they have those?

Any modifications to the house (and how old is it?)? Maybe those are abandoned for some reason? Don't do anything with them til you know for certain though.
