One Baseboard heater not working

Hello all

We had a major problem with our gas fired boiler. It was repaired and after turning the sytem back on we had to bleed all the radiators. Some are regular in the wall types, but a few moderern baseboard ones are here too. Our newest baseboard is in a bthroom upstairs - that one is still not working. The bleeder valve is actually at the site of the baseboard and although water came out of it, the water wasn't hot. And of course, that baseboard is not heating up...any suggestions? Thanks!
Pam

Who repaired it? Its common to get the repair people back. The should warranty that when they left the heat was functional. Possibly you have a new issue though.

What is the make and model of the boiler?
What does the pressure and temp gauge read at the boiler?
Are you zoned with circulators or zone valves?

Pictures help a great deal.
