Replace Three Handle Shower with Single Handle

The current Gerber faucets are being problematic. The stem washer on the hot side is getting torn up by a corroded seat that also doesn't want to come out. So the plan is to open up the wall behind the shower (it would be open in the bedroom so a access panel will be installed) install a shutoff valve and replace valves.

I'm looking for a faucet that will have easy to source replacement parts, volume/temp control and also has the diverter built in (not on the spout). Does anyone know of a current model that would work? Delta's website didn't lead me to any such choices though I did find the T17059 Trinsic 17 Series MC Valve Trim : Bath Products : Delta Faucet. It fits two out of the three and looks decent but I'd still like the diverter in valve if anyone has knowledge of one it'd be appreciated.

Thanks.

Welcome to the forums! Delta, Price Pfister, and Moen, among others make an array of valves that would suit your purposes. I do see the main thing you will be faced with, however, is covering the two holes on the side of the valve. You may need to also purchase Shop Delta Trim Kit Or Repair Kit at Lowes.com in order to do that, even with the best Delta you can find, unless they come with a super wide escutcheon plate.
