Manufactured Home Bathtub drain Vent

This manufactured home had two bathrooms, the master bath has a vent going through the roof and a studor vent under the sink.

The second bathroom had a vent through the ceiling out the roof but when it was remodeled it was not hooked up, can a studor vent be used here of does it even need a vent since the sink in this bathroom has a studor vent. It has been in service for two years with out a vent through the roof and worked just fine.

Does the vent through the roof in the masterbed room help with the drain of the other bath tub in the second bathroom?

We are getting ready to sell this unit and the vent cap on the second bathroom is capped on the roof and there is not access to it on the inside.

Welcome to the forums! Just the piano player, so don't shoot. Sadly your bathroom must be vented. Not sure why the venting was left out, and it may be another vent was installed. Have you been under the unit to see if the vent was moved? Normally in MH situation, the sinks have Studor vents, since additional venting would be expensive, and wet venting impossible with the type roof you have. Let us know about the additional vent to the original. It is a possibility, although it may be incorrect.
