Air in pipes...........how?

We recently had our pump replaced, but now there seems to be an problem with air in the pipes. it's not too bad when running only cold, but when we turns toward hot it get progressively worse and comes out in spurts when all the way to the hot side. We have good pressure coming from the well and i cannot find a leak anywhere, but I assume that is the problem. Am I right or wrong?

also, I checked the well tank for leaks...found none, also does not seem to be waterlogged, it moves somewhat freely.

Any ideas where to go next?

does the air go away after you run the hot for some time? The heater is a vessel and thats where air will be stored...

I say a suction leak somewhere... Probably at the new pump hook up area....

no, it seems to stay. and i just checked the spigot @ the well pit abt an hour ago and it has light intermittent air in it, so you are probably right, perhaps the line coming up from the pump into the well pit is cracked.

and as of right now all the faucets are running fine again.......geezzzzzzzzz. this is a fluke, i know there is a problem somewhere.
