Instant hot water help

We have 3 bathrooms and the laundry room on our second floor. We get hot water right away from the faucets in one bathroom and the laundry room. But the other 2 bathrooms, we have to run it for a long time to reach hot. What can I do so that we can get hot water instantly? Hot water tank is in the basement.

BTW, I do have a recirculating pump installed on the water heater. I need to know how hot water will be distributed to all faucets in the house.

Where does your recirculating pump.....recirculate to? Are the bathrooms in line or are they a distance from each other. Just recirculating to the furthest faucet sometimes leaves ancillary faucets cold until the water is run out of the pipes.
