Moen Shower Faucet Cartridges - fix leaking

My Moen Shower Faucet Cartridges is leaking. Is there any parts like rubber ring that can be replaced before replacing the whole cartridge?

This is like this one:

Should I just tell them that my cartridge is leaking and they are going to send me a new one?

Almost all faucets now days are life time warranty (since between 1995 and 1997). When you call they may ask when you bought it or a cash receipt as proof. All you say is that you don't keep receipts more than a year. They may then ask what model you have. You say I don't know. They will ask you to describe it. Most units use one of two types of cartridges regardless of the style (single lever or two handle). They may also ask what kind of leak you have. Through the handle area or the faucet area. The down side is you must wait for the replacement part.

Is it the single lever and is there just one type of it?
