New Basement Bathroom Vent Question

I have consulted and understand that in Denver a basement bathroom can be vented through a AAV attached to the sink vent according to code. (2009 IRC)

I have a 3 in drain line running horizontal. Can a 1-1/2 in pipe be used for venting all bathroom fixtures from the sink? Or does it need to be bigger?

How is it that you found half of the code but not the other half?

A 1.5" line is good for the sink and shower. The toilet needs a 2" vent.
