Outdoor pipe freezing

I have a frozen kitchen faucet and my toilet will not refill. i have water everywhere else in my mobile home. i can't seem to find where it could be frozen. i crawled under my trailer and found a huge icicle un!does this mean i have a broken pipe?

Yes it sounds like it... When it thaws water will run out the leak under the home...May be best to turn the main off...

Either have someone thaw it and repair it...$$$$$ ..Or what until warm weather and for it to thaw itself, then repair...

I think you'd be best to fix this quickly - waiting until it thaws is going to be a big mess - you'll be crawling around in cold mud trying to fix it - at least now, you can crawl around on cold ground, that's nowhere near as bad. You'll need to install a heating cable on this pipe to prevent future freeze-ups, most hardware stores carry these.
