Double fixture fitting - sink and standpipe

I am renovating a room in which I plan to place a washing machine with a sink next to it. I'm curious if it is possible for these two fixtures to share a vent through a double fixture fitting?

The alternative would probably be something like this:

Input is appreciated!

Your second option is definitely doable. I believe your first option is allowable as well, but I know there are a lot of rules around double-tees, so wait for one of the pros to chime in.

Yes but you have to make sure its a double fixture fitting and not a double san tee...

4835-B - Double Fixture Tee Hub - PVC DWV

If you use a double san tee it changes the trap weir height to the vent and you will get siphoning of the traps...
