plumber warranty

I had some service work done. On the invoice it says the work is guaranteed for 30 days.

Is that the standard time for such warranty? Seems short to me.

If it does not leak in 30 days then it's likely never going to.

Common for repairs/work such as replacing a valve or faucet or fixing a burst pipe. Now....if it was a complete re-plumb of a house or even a water heater...I'd expect longer.
