Chinese Ball Valves Color Cordination.

I have a 1/2" 1/2psi brass ball valve with a green quarter turn handle. (I have natural gas) Think it said made in Taiwan or china on it....

So I now have a red 1/2", yellow 3/4" and green 1/2" gas valves in my house ......

does the color of the handle indicate anything?

Couldn't find an American made valve anywhere...

Could the color indicate this? Different type valves, each with a different build material, etc?

Any pictures?

I don't have a camera but fwiw all three gas shutoffs despite color look similar... (not a long handle like the ones in your photo) The green one in question is rated 1/2 psi.
