Plumbing a roughed-in half bath in unfinished basement

I am starting to do some work on my unfinished basement and the first project is a roughed-in bathroom. I have never done this before but don't think it will be that difficult and ready for the challenge. I want to make it a half bathroom. Is my first area to start a half bathroom plumbing? ie wait for plumbing is finished to do any electrical and carpentry. I will post pictures of the area in mind and really appreciate responses for getting started.

Thanks,
Derrik

You can start with the plumbing. The most important thing with that is the sewer line. If it's above the floor, you will need an ejector pump. Have you considered that, in your design?
