Leaking valve

Hi All! Hope all is well with you all! I have a vale that is attached to my water heater. This valve is dripping water at the rate of one drop a second. The spot where the exact leak is happening is indicated by a red arrow. Can you guys please let me know how to fix this leak .
Thanks a lot!

See if you can get a wrench on that part of the body right above the leak and turn CW... Should stop..

If not replace the valve with ball style...
