Can't access drain residue under my basement floor

In the basement of my duplex, I noticed water and mildew appearing on the bottom moulding. I broke the wall and found that the kitchen sink drain was leaking water. It is attached to the backyard drain as well. I was able to fix the leak and clean most of the guck an the floor. There is a 6 inch space between the gypsum wall the the firewall. I know water went somewhere because the guck made a long steak, now that I fixed the leak I am getting small flies. Do I simply wait till the guck dries or is there something I can do to speed up the work.

Point a fan at it. Let it run for a couple of days.
