Toilet Flange
#1
Home remodeler did a rough in for a toilet in my basement. He also put a flange in at the top of the piping. I am a little worried as the toilet flange is uneven. Front to back it is not level by about 1/2". Any suggestions here?
I have yet to install finalflooring. Flange itself it barely above cement floor level. Contractor had originally jackhammered the floor to do this work: install piping, route to sewer drain, etc. However, the cement backfill is a tad uneven, hence the unevenness in the flange from front to back.
Will I be okay? Is there enough play in the wax seal?
Thanks.

I'm not a plumber or contractor, but 1/2" out of level on a flange is too much, especially if you haven't installed any flooring.
If the flange is plastic, I would have the contractor or plumber come back, hacksaw and chisel it out in quarters, and install another one flush and level on top of the new flooring, bolted to the concrete.
Good Luck!
