insulation solution?

insulation solution?
At my workplace we have this portion of the cold water supply line in the mechanical room that drips badly with condensation this time of year especially. Any suggestions for a practical method of insulating them? We've just been putting rolled up towels down below on the floor below to keep the floor from getting all wet all the time there. I notice on the corner elbow there and some of the other section there's that white wrapped fiberglass type pipe insulation. Is that a good way to go or maybe another method? Any suggestions so I might do this myself (to save money) instead of calling in a plumber. thanks for any comments/advice.

I would go the fiberglass route. It comes in short sections and self-seals. It will limit the airflow around the pipe and therefore the condensation.
Needless to say, don't touch the ground wires connected.

Okay I'll check into getting some of that type fiberglass insulation like that with the white wrapping. What about where I encounter clamps (such as where those ground wires are attached) or other mounting brackets or such on the pipe. Just leave those little sections uninsulated or how are those dealt with otherwise?
