I am replacing the insides of a toilet tank. One nut that holds the tank on is rusted solid. I have used liquid wrench all day to no avail. What else can I do?

You should be able to see the gap between the tank and the bowl, where you see the bolt passing through, take a hack saw blade and cut it off.

Thats the fastest way for removal of those bolts.
