Pipe hanging problem!

I need to secure a 1.5" pipe that runs horizontally directly under another 1.5 pipe. The pipe on top is secured to ceiling joists with J-Hooks.

I cannot use J hooks or metal hangers as the pipe above blocks access to the ceiling joists.

How can I secure the pipe?

You could use plumbers tape to the other side of the beam.
