Garage Sink Freeze Up

I would like to find a solution to my garage sink freezing up before it starts getting cold here. Last winter when it got down to 5 degrees or below, the faucet on my garage sink would freeze up. The P-trap is on the inside of the house along with most of the supply lines. The only part that has frozen up is the faucet itself. So I need to come up with something to keep this from happening again. Right now the shut offs are in the garage, right under the sink. If I move the shut offs to the warm side of the house, shut them off, and open the faucet, would that help? Is there a better faucet that I can install that is frost free and still has both hot and cold? Is there something else maybe I'm missing?

Thanks

Install valves in a warm area with bleeders. You will need to shut the valves and open bleeders for winter. And add antifreeze to trap...

Otherwise heat the garage ....
