Turning floor drain into washing machine pipe

Hi,
I have a floor drain that enters the sewer line, I replaced the old one years ago.

Anyways, the floor drain is near where I would like to move my washer to. I'd like to just delete the drain feature, and make it the waste receiver for the laundry. I have a sump, soon to be two, so having another floor drain isn't necessary. Any issues here I should know about? I'd put in a trap, clean-out, etc.
Thanks! Adam

It should already be trapped and vented..

I believe you need to jack hammer, remove the strainer, raise trap above floor level... After stub up, re cement hole...
