Help me find 1/2" x 1/4" NPT copper bushing!

I really need a 1/2" x 1/4" NPT threaded copper bushing, just like this one:
https://www.grainger.com/product/NIB...=NULL&OAA=NULL

Unfortunately I bought that one, and Grainger shipped me a 1/8" threaded bushing. I called them and they sent another part from another warehouse - same wrong thing!

Does anybody know anywhere else I can find this bushing?

This is what I know as a bushing: 1/2" Male NPT x 1/8" Female NPT Stainless Hex Bushing | MonsterMarketplace.com

What exactly do you need to do and why do you need it to be copper?

It is a copper sweat fitting. No threads on the outside. Slips inside a 1/2" fitting.

hi folks -

There is one here not quite to the middle of the page - but it is not OK for potable water unlike the one on the Grainger page. So might not be acceptable.

Thanks for the link, I'll order that if Grainger doesn't come through. They are now trying to send me one direct from the vendor, apparently all of their stock is wrong for some reason.

I can't believe how hard it has been to get my hands on this little bushing! I tried to make my own by drilling/tapping a 1/2" plug but I can't get a good enough grip on the thing to cut the threads all the way...

Oh boy! Someone will get chewed out at Grainger, lol . Good luck hope you get the piece soon.

p.s. I forgot they made that type of bushing. When I added a pressure gauge with 1/4 MIP connection I think I did it he hard way. lol I think I should and could have used the type of bushing you are chasing down. Well next time I'll know better. Good luck!
