Bathroom sink won't drain

sink drains very slowly. I pulled the trap off and it is clean all the way to the wall. Took the stopper out and watched it drain. It drains slowly even below the overflow/breather. I plunged the sink with water in it and still nothing. Any suggestions? Thanks.

How do I remove this trap adapter? I'm trying to snake the drain pipe in the wall.

It looks like you got the nut loose already so you should be able to pull and wiggle on the white pipe until it slides out.

Found a cleanout under the house and snaked it. Got the biggest wad of hair out of there! Works fine now.
