Bathtub Replacement Cartridge Needed, Single Handle

I've got a steady drip in the bathtub. Pulled the existing cartridge to have a look. Unfortunately I don't recall what brand we purchased when we re-did the bathroom. The only mark I could find was on the cartridge, GOBO 21411.
Searched online for a replacement but haven't been able to locate one. Any suggestions? Or can I repair the existing one with some sort of kit that contains the O ring and the two rubber gaskets and springs?
Thank you!

Home Depot was my first stop this morning. Took ten minutes to flag down a plumbing associate, only to be told I would need to go to a plumbing supply shop.

If you search for Glacier Bay or Danco faucet parts on home depot's site you should be able to find it. Once you've found it, you can try to locate in a store or just order online.

Carbide, searched the Home Depot website and came up empty. Shot them an email. Hopefully they can locate the part for me.

Time to revive this thread since the problem continues. . .
Purchased the replacement valve from HD. Perfect fit and match. But the leak continues and might even be worse. From what I can see the cartridge can only be inserted in one position, so I don't think it is installed incorrectly. I'm thinking it can be one of two things:
1) I have not replaced the seat and springs because I can't find replacements; or
2) While the cartridge installation is foolproof, what about the two crescent shaped holes on the end of the cartridge? Do they need to be aligned in a specific way before reassembling?

Excuse my ignorance. Thanks for your help!

Did you figure out how to line up holes with crescent shaped holes?

Hi - This thread has been very helpful beause I have the same part. Bought the replacement cartridge linked above, but it has no instructions I can't find any tips about how to line up the crescent shaped holes for the hot and cold water. Did you figure it out? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Carbo hasn't been on line since February so it is unlikely he will respond. It is always best to let the old threads lie and start your own.

Hi. From what I remember the cartridge only slips into place when it is inserted correctly. I'm no handyman so I have to think that if I could do it, anyone can.
Also, as a follow up, the rubber seats and springs needed replacing, too. Once I tracked them down the leak stopped.
