2'nd pressure tank?
I have a shop that sits about 60' from my house, have a cold water line running from my house to the shop.In the shop is a toilet, shower, sink(s) and washing machine.Would there be any advantage to install a separate pressure tank in the shop? In reality the plumbing in the shop is about 100' from the in house pressure tank.Just wondering if there would be any advantage.

A second pressure tank next to the first tank may be a good thing.
In my opinion.... installing a second one at a remote location, like in your shop would not be effective.

Well, I've seen a pressure booster system installed. Like when the remote location is uphill? They install a tank and small booster pump. If the pressure is adequate, but the flow is a bit low, just a tank might be beneficial. Cold shower only? Or is there a WH in the shop also?

Just a tank alone out there won't stabilize the pressure. You'd need a booster pump and tank or you'd need to increase the supply line size from the garage to the house.
