ABS drain pipe on the exterior walls?

Just curious in if anyone has seen this before. In the exterior of my house, there are Y ABS pipes with threaded caps that appears to be going to the drain. What are they meant for? Im thinking about adding an outdoor sink clean can i tap into this?

No.. Those are clean outs..

You may be able to use them if studor vents are allowed in your area, otherwise you would have to vent other ways..

Also,,,,,

And like outside showers in some areas they must be enclosed.. Some towns dont allow rain water to enter the sewer system..

Where would you get water from?

I would just get a portable...

There are 3 vents on the same wall, one is almost directly behind our kitchen sink, the other two are just out of no where.

The pipe I'd like to tap into is the one closest to the kitchen sink because it's closer to the side of the house. The portable one you show looks interesting but where does it drain to?
