Help cleaning a blocked drain?

Hi,

I have an old building and I face blocked drain problem.

Due to this problem, every time the water flows onto the floor, it feels very nasty. I want to resolve this by cleaning up my drain as soon as possible, and get all the piping system checked for my building.

Can anybody suggest me who will repair these without any loss and damage, and within a small budget?

Any plumbing company should be able to help you. I would make sure they have a camera they can send down drain to give a full inspection.

Be advised that any plumping company will charge for an inspection and estimate before any remedial work will be down.

I agree with pugsl that you should find a company who will scope the drain with a camera first. It will cost you a bit more, but then you'll know if you're just dealing with a simple clog, or something more complicated like a collapsed or rusted-out pipe. If you try just snaking with a larger problem like that, the plumber will either make it worse, or it won't help.
