Help with fitting for DIY copper faucet.
Plumbed my life-long dream workshop with PEX line for hog and cold water. I'd like to build a faucet out of copper. Is there a fitting that can be sweated out of which the faucet neck would rise and enabled to swivel/turn like any kitchen faucet?

I don't know of any that can be sweated, maybe someone else does.
You could use a shark-bite fitting.
The "top" of the fitting will accept the 1/2" copper spout and will swivel.
Depending on your design, you can use a coupler or an adapter. The coupler will connect to 1/2" tube at the bottom (and that will swivel also), the adapter will have male 1/2" pipe threads at bottom.
