Outdoor hose bib's handle keeps turning.

I have a NIBCO frost free spillcock, FIG #80 model, that has a handle that keeps on turning and won't shut off the water. Luckily, my house is on a slab and the shut off valve is under the kitchen sink (the outdoor faucet is directly on the other side of the exterior wall from the shut off valve.). First, I want to know if this is repairable or do I have to replace the whole thing. Second, if it does need to be replaced, does anyone know how to do so, possibly a video? Third, I can't see to get any information regarding this model because it's no longer produced. Does anyone have the specs on this particular model since I will have to replace it with a different model?

Not the pro here but a quick question. Does the handle turn the shaft or is the handle turning on the shaft?

Checked the screw and it is tight and still turns in both directions.

Took the knob off and the stem will also turn continuously even when applying pressure inwards.

You can remove the handle #1 and then remove the nut...it looks #4.... and the entire shaft assembly will come out. At the far end of the shaft is the seat sealing washer and a screw. The screw may have come out.
